COVID-19 & Elective Surgery

On 20th May 2020, NSW Health allowed all PresMed facilities to increase to 50% of surgery cases with further increases up to 75% permitted throughout June 2020. This is being successfully implemented with the aim to prioritise people who need surgery the most, first. In introducing elective surgery again, the aim is also to ensure that a procedure can be undergone safely for both the patient and our staff.
