Work continues to move at a rapid pace. Scaffolding has been removed from the facade and lifts have been installed. With walls complete and windows in place, the internal rooms and corridors are increasingly taking shape. The myriad of pipes, leads, cabling and trays required for services such as IT, operating theatres and medical gases are now fitted with our builders on track for completion by December 2015.
Management and clinical team recently visited the site. “It’s fantastic to see the Hospital taking shape. It is hard to wipe the smile of our faces as we walk around admiring the building and getting a great sense of what is to come” says Clinical Nurse Specialist, Trish Lawless, of OSC.
The Hospital construction is on track to open in January 2016 with our first lists commencing on Monday, 11 January 2016.
