The PresMed executive team, alongside CEOs and DONs from each facility, recently came together for an empowering Leadership Development Day!
The session was led by the enthusiastic and inspiring Suzy Miller, Leadership & Development Coach, who guided the team through engaging training.
A key focus was breaking down individual DISC assessments, helping team members identify their unique communication styles, strengths, and areas for growth.
Throughout the day, the team also gained valuable tips, tools, and insights on balancing work-life, managing competing priorities, and leading change effectively.
In an ever growing and changing society, the ability to successfully and skillfully lead change is a positive tool which leads to empowered and confidant staff on all levels!
Members completed the day feeling “empowered,” “confident,” “inspired,” and “encouraged!”.
