PresMed Australia celebrated 150,000 episodes of care for the group, which has grown to seven day hospitals, over 150 accredited specialist and over 200 employees since beginning 25 years ago in 1997.
Chatswood Private Hospital in Sydney’s Lower North Shore hosted the milestone patient, Denise Ford, who said she was “very pleased to have been selected and it was a pleasant surprise”.
Mrs Ford and her medical team were treated with cupcakes on the day to mark the occasion, whilst all facilities across the group celebrated the momentous milestone with their teams.
Mr Resnik offered his congratulations to all the staff and management teams at each of PresMed Australia’s facilities for their contributions to achieving the group’s collective 150,000th surgery.
“A milestone of 150,000 surgeries is a significant achievement for our group,” he said. “This underscores our commitment to excellence in day surgery and patient care.”
