PresMed Australia recently announced the purchase of Sydney ENT and Facial Day Surgery Centre (SENT) in Chatswood. This building is located in the same building as Ophthalmic Surgery Centre. SENT is recognised as one of the top dedicated ENT facilities in Sydney with 15 surgeons currently operating there.
PresMed Australia (PMA) Managing Director Marc Resnik said “The owners of SENT and PMA go back 15 years, since we assisted them in establishing their day hospital and have maintained good ongoing communications. Clinical and nursing staff from both facilities have had excellent working relationships and have assisted each other in a number if instances.”
“This is an exciting opportunity for PMA, in that it adds another specialised day hospital to the group and allows us to provide a wider range of health care services and no doubt, we will be able to share ideas and additional knowledge to the benefit of all facilities” he said.
SENT will continue to operate as normal and there will be no change to patient bookings or other day-to-day operations.
